Retrouver Des Ancetres Francais – talk by Sue Hughes

Sue is giving this very interesting talk at our u3a Genealogy group meeting of the 24th May at Morrisons Community Room 2pm – 4pm.

Sue said about the talk that “she had always known that she had French ancestry. But it was in the late 1980s and using a wide range of methods that she set about researching in a serious way in order to find out more! With the help of a power-point presentation, she will be telling you how she embarked on this exercise and who, what and how she uncovered as her ancestors.”

If you are not a member of our Genealogy group but wish to join or are just interested in attending Sue’s one-off talk please email Janet Thomas or Dave Hambley.
